Drip Speaker Cleaner provides speaker cleaning, tone generation, sound level measurement, and sound relief tools for personal use. The App plays audio frequencies through your device speakers for maintenance and wellness purposes.

3. Important Disclaimers

Drip Speaker Cleaner is not a medical device. The Sound Relief feature is designed for relaxation and personal wellness. It is not intended to treat, cure, or diagnose any medical condition.

The dB meter provides approximate sound level readings using your device microphone. It is a general-purpose tool and is not a calibrated measurement instrument.

4. User Accounts

Drip Speaker Cleaner does not require an account. No sign-up, login, or personal information is needed to use the app.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The free tier includes 3 speaker cleans per day, 30-second dB meter sessions, and basic tone generation.
Pro subscriptions provide unlimited access to all features.
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR DEVICE OR HEARING.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely achieves the economic and legal intent of the original provision. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The same applies to any gaps in these Terms.
